I grew up in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, where I attended Bloomsburg High School and Bloomsburg University, earning my Bachelor’s Degrees in 1997. I moved to Philadelphia in 1998 and started my teaching career at the John Bartram High School: Academy of Finance (later the Philadelphia High School for Business and Technology). During my eight years working in Philadelphia, I taught Social Studies and English. I also earned my Master’s Degree from West Chester University (2003) and a Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania (2006). I continued my educational studies at Wilkes University, graduating with a Doctorate of Education Degree in 2016.
I moved to Northeast Pennsylvania in 2006 and have been a Business and Computer Technology Teacher at Wyoming Valley West High School and as an Assistant Principal at Lake-Lehman Junior/Senior High School. I live in West Wyoming with my amazing wife Lisa and two sons, Simon and Roger.
It has been a distinct pleasure to serve the students and families of the Wyoming Area School District since July of 2010.
I look forward to continuing to work with the faculty and staff of Wyoming Area to provide the best educational experience as possible for your children. I would like to thank the families, faculty, and staff for their dedicated work and efforts they put forth for our students. I sincerely appreciate it.
